Cancellation Policy

upon booking an active card is required. No charges apply at booking unless appointment results in no call/ no show . At no other time the card on file will be charged . CASH ONLY ! Zelle and Apple Pay result in a $5 additional fee . Any cancellation will be respected 24 hours prior to appointment please contact immediately Any appointments rescheduled will be respected 48-24 hours prior please contact immediately Any cancellations on my end will be rescheduled to your soonest convenience. Upon being late to your appointment. All appointments are scheduled for 2 hours you’re allowed to be late up to 15 minutes before a cancellation occurs. If arrived late you will only have 1hr and 45 minutes for your remaining appointment. Meaning I will only work and do a design available for that time frame . confirm your appointment 24 hours before a reminder is sent out through gloss genius. Any no call / no shows will be charged 60% no show fee . a second chance is given upon no call no showing . No shows after second time will be banned from booking .
